Orangetheory Fitness Bedford is a boutique fitness studio located in Larry Uteck, Bedford. We are looking for a new sales associate to join our team! (20-30 hr per week)

We offer 1-hour group fitness classes. As a Sales Associate, you are working the front desk of the studio. Greeting clients, answering phones/emails/texts, following up on inquiries, selling memberships, maintaining a clean studio space, and making our members feel at home! Must have an out-going personality and you don't mind listening to music all day!

We have 3 locations in the HRM- Larry Uteck Bedford, Young St Halifax, and MicMac Mall Dartmouth. We are currently hiring for our Bedford location.

Education and/or Experience Required

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience and customer service experience is a great asset for the Sales Associate Positions

Computer Skills

- Sales Associates must have a good knowledge of how to use a computer. Our main operating system is Mind Body Online (MBO) and must be able to learn this system in a timely manner in order to be successful in their position.

Salary Ranges

- Sales staff will receive $17 per hour plus commissions on booking new clients and selling memberships (prospect of increase hourly wage every 6-months with the company)
- Sales Associate positions lead into Assistant Studio Manger, Studio Manger and Regional Manager positions with greater salaries and bonuses
- Sales Associate positions also lead into Coaching positions, many of our current coaches started as Sales Associates
