EXI-Plast Custom Moulding Inc. is recruiting a Shift Lead / Supervisor for its full-time manufacturing operation. You will coordinate operations, material and forklift operators, machine operators, and maintenance personnel. The position supports production schedules, quality checks, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion health and safety across plant operations
- Assign daily tasks to operations team members
- Monitor workflow, productivity, cycle times, and quality
- Prepare detailed shift handovers and status updates
- Assist production oversight and operational goal achievement

Requirements:

- Three to five years manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Two years leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solid communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Calm response to unexpected situations or emergencies
