This experienced, self-sufficient specialist manages guest relationships before, during, and after Canadian vacations. You will book trip components, coordinate with tourism suppliers, communicate traveller preferences, and maintain accurate itineraries. The role also provides concierge support, handles challenging conversations, and upholds contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with guests booked months or years ahead
• Book trip components with tourism suppliers across Canada
• Answer guest emails and calls throughout their travel
• Arrange itinerary add-ons, upgrades,

• Review itineraries and joining instructions for accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in travel or tourism, preferably Canadian travel
• Strong qualified verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and superior time management
• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks effectively
• Availability for scheduled shifts between 5:30am and 6pm PST
