You will support fitting-room service, cash-desk transactions, sales-floor presentation, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding shopping experiences that build customer relationships
- Process cash-desk transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide personalized assistance and answer customer questions
- Use product knowledge and promotions to support add-on sales
- Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing sales floors

Requirements:

- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
