Build online order fulfillment skills with Walmart Canada by picking, packing, and dispensing customer orders accurately. This role is based in Trenton, Ontario.
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you support customer service and retail operations through careful order preparation. You select products from different temperature areas, verify quantities and product codes, and prepare documentation. You also help resolve customer issues while following food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and assemble online customer orders accurately
- Pack totes efficiently while protecting product quality
- Select fresh products and remove unsuitable items
- Complete pick slips and shipping labels accurately
- Assist customers and help resolve fulfillment issues
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and diverse shifts
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
