FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge Supervisor to provide resident information and services while protecting clients, property, and buildings. The position emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, safety procedures, and calm responses under pressure. You will manage messages, coordinate authorized vendor access, and maintain required documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clarify resident needs, answer questions, and provide directions
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Conduct property patrols and respond to alarms
- Enforce client rules, laws,



and access-control procedures
- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Business, Hospitality, Police, or Security Foundations courses are assets
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
