Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation / Configuration Specialist to support increased implementation volume during a busy sales period.

This is a highly client-facing and technical role responsible for managing multiple implementations simultaneously, configuring existing solutions, and guiding clients through a structured end-to-end implementation process.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can independently manage client relationships, stay organized across multiple projects, and confidently work within HCM/payroll systems.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves
• Solid client-facing experience
• Exceptional communication skills are critical
• Experience managing multiple projects or implementations simultaneously
• Previous system configuration or implementation experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work within strict processes and implementation guidelines
• Previous HCM system configuration experience
• Experience with UKG
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)




• Understanding of payroll concepts, including biweekly payroll cycles and general payroll processes
