SMS Equipment Inc. seeks a Site Superintendent in Elkford, BC to lead a mining service team of about 12 supervisors and 130 trades. You will coordinate shop and field service, support customer needs, and drive safety, quality and cost performance on site.
You will develop leaders, manage schedules, and build solid customer relationships while guiding continuous improvement and compliance with policies and standards. The role is fixed on-site with a 14 days on/14 days off schedule.
