Lead HashiCorp Vault engineering from Toronto or Winnipeg, shaping secure secrets management, platform reliability, and scalable delivery in a hybrid mode. As Senior Manager, Platform Engineering, you will own enterprise PAM Vault outcomes across multiple teams. You will define platform standards, resolve cross-team constraints, and align secrets, encryption, and dynamic credential services with Technology governance. The work includes automation, observability, operational readiness, and responsible AI-enabled delivery. Key Responsibilities: Own PAM Vault delivery outcomes across multiple teams Design Vault services, automation patterns, and enablement tooling Resolve pipeline secrets and shared-service reliability constraints Drive audit logging, telemetry,
