This permanent Concrete Placer and Finisher position focuses on preparing and finishing concrete surfaces. The work includes concrete installation, repairs, and restoration. You will read blueprints, build forms, and coordinate with carpenters and other tradespeople for accurate project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, level, and form surfaces before concrete pouring
- Spread and finish concrete to project specifications
- Operate power trowels, ride-ons, and finishing tools
- Install slabs, suspended slabs, sidewalks, and driveways
- Repair existing concrete structures as required

Requirements:

- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and practices
- Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment and tools
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively
- Capability to build accurate concrete forms
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and varied weather
