Deliver attentive guest service at Chateau Nova Kingsway as a Full-Time Server with bartending duties when required. Flexible availability supports hotel food and beverage operations.

This experienced Server position focuses on welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently. You will answer questions about menus, beverages, and hotel services while coordinating with kitchen and Food & Beverage colleagues. Previous serving and bartending experience, plus valid ProServe certification, are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive food and beverage service
- Take accurate orders and serve items efficiently
- Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures




- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain guest-ready service and bar areas

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or food and beverage serving experience
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Valid ProServe certification is required
