Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will support retail store operations at Otter Co-op. The work includes customer service, transactions, inventory handling, and maintaining organized store areas. You will help promote sales while contributing to Integrity, Community, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to guests
- Process transactions, refunds, returns, and gift card activations
- Balance register drawers following company procedures
- Stock, face, and rotate shelf products
- Receive deliveries and maintain clean storage areas

Requirements:

- Serving It Right license required
- Liquor retail experience preferred
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and learning skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Open availability across mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
