As a Porter with Atria Senior Living, you will support business offices, apartments, common areas, amenities, and community grounds. Your work includes caring for carpet, tile, and wood floors, removing trash, and reporting repairs or unsafe conditions. You may also mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean offices, apartments, public areas, and community amenities
- Provide carpet, tile, and wood floor care services
- Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas
- Maintain sidewalks, walkways, exteriors, gardens, and stairways




- Perform basic maintenance work and notify management about repairs

Requirements:

- Successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
- Safely use maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tools
- Work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Understand English safety instructions for materials and machinery
- Perform basic arithmetic using measurements, currency, and weights

Support Atria communities with detailed cleaning, floor care, grounds maintenance, and safe handling of equipment and materials.
