Support everyday banking needs as a Client Engagement Associate at CIBC, using client service and financial services knowledge in office full-time. Guide clients through transactions and digital banking while building meaningful relationships.

As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a banking centre. You will answer questions, explain relevant products and services, and connect clients with appropriate team members.



You will also contribute to banking centre success through basic product sales and specialist referrals.
