Support recruitment and HR administration as a full time Human Resources Intern with Eataly Toronto across its GTA locations. This fixed-term role ends April 23, 2027.

Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist and functionally to the Area Human Resources Business Partner, you will support Eataly Canada stores. The internship covers employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, HR systems, databases, and metrics. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain employee records and training tracking through HRIS
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews using the Applicant Tracking System




- Organize hiring events and participate in external job fairs
- Support benefits awareness and HR metrics analysis

Requirements:

- Understanding of HR systems, databases, and metrics
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort traveling between Eataly GTA locations
- Availability for a full-time fixed-term contract
