Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
