This entry-level manufacturing Labourer position provides a pathway toward future operator opportunities. You will learn mill processes, equipment, and technology systems while performing essential duties. The work supports secure, efficient operations through quality checks, material handling, and process improvement participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and facility spaces
- Operate and monitor production machines and mobile equipment
- Inspect products and report quality discrepancies immediately
- Handle, document, load,



and unload materials and products

Requirements:

- Work rotating twelve-hour 2-2-3 shifts, including nights and weekends
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Use computers, tablets, mobile devices, and workplace technology
