Support health records operations at Vernon Jubilee Hospital as a Casual Health Records File Clerk, working weekday day shifts in Vernon, BC.

This casual clerical position supports patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing health record maintenance. You will retrieve, distribute, file, and review records while following established policies, standards, and guidelines. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with hours ranging from zero to 37.5 weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, deliver, sign out, and distribute patient health records
• Check patient charts for accuracy and completeness
• File inpatient, outpatient, emergency,

• Answer chart inquiries and release authorized patient information
• Locate missing charts and pull designated committee review cases

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education
• One year of recent related experience
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
