If you thrive on innovative projects where you can influence the direction of technical strategy, come and join their national practice.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior analyst on complex programs, work with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, collaborate on process models with an understanding of system capabilities, analyze data needs, assist in evaluating solutions, and ensure appropriate testing against requirementsWork collaboratively within the Business Transformation team and with key colleagues across the firm, including the Technology team and business subject matter experts in documenting functional, data, and technical requirements,



and assist the project manager in defining project tasks and business casesFacilitate workshops with both business and technical colleagues to gather information for the development of technical requirementsManage the prioritization of requirements for changes to our core systemsDevelop UAT test plans and support UAT with Business stakeholdersOversee data mapping for integration activity between applicationsCollaborate with project managers, developers, and other members of the cross-functional teamGuide and mentor junior team members, helping ensure consistency and qualityRequirementsMinimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business AnalystDiploma/Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with business and technical stakeholdersExperience with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience in Waterfall and Agile-based projectsAbility to work with Business Process models (BPMN)Experience with User Interface and User Experience (UX) design, wireframing, and prototypingIdeally experience with Data Engineering and Data Science TeamsAbility to support multiple projects concurrently, balancing deliverables, and prioritizing across projectsExperience with DW and Microsoft Fabric is an assetStrong interpersonal skillsResourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
