Lead high-rise construction delivery in Halifax with accountability for schedules, budgets, site safety, trades, and turnover. This is a site-based working leadership role. As Director of Construction, you will lead multi-residential projects from mobilization through commissioning, closeout, and turnover. You will oversee two 30-storey towers on Spring Garden Road and heritage restoration on Carlton Street. The role reports to the President and CEO, with the Project Manager and General Site Superintendent reporting to you. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver projects through commissioning, closeout, and turnover Report monthly cost-to-complete forecasts to the CEO Run safety programs and enforce Nova Scotia OHS compliance Manage contracts, changes, trades,



and performance standards Oversee quality, deficiencies, warranty, and property management handover Requirements:

Ten or more years leading multi-residential construction Senior, accountable high-rise delivery experience Owned schedules and budgets on $50 million-plus projects Working knowledge of Nova Scotia safety law Credibility with superintendents and project managers Bring high-rise delivery, commercial discipline, safety leadership, and quality focus to Halifax projects built and managed by The Lawen Group.
