The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks an LPN for Home Care Nursing River East at WRHA Community Health Services. The position supports community nursing while applying Manitoba standards, legislation, policies, and care protocols.



Effective oral and written communication are essential.

• Provide nursing care across diverse community settings
• Delegate and assign care appropriately
• Monitor outcomes of delegated and assigned care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba registration
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 drivers licence
• Current CPR training meeting employer requirements
• Two years recent related experience preferred
