Deliver luxury food and beverage service at Fairmont Banff Springs, using guest service skills across rooms and the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Work includes early mornings and late nights.
The In-Room Dining Server provides service in guest rooms and supports the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Duties include delivering orders, setting functions, and operating lounge food and beverage services. You may also develop cashiering, order-taking, payment processing, delivery organization, and service-flow support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders and amenities directly to guest rooms
- Set up functions serving up to 75 guests
- Provide deluxe breakfast buffet and evening canapé service
- Perform barista and bartending service in the Gold Lounge
- Support cashiering, payments, deliveries, and service flow
Requirements:
- Six months of previous food and beverage experience
- ProServe certification required for the position
- Availability for busy environments and overnight shifts
- Wine, cocktail, and POS knowledge considered assets
- Ability to lift 40-plus pounds and stand throughout shifts
