Reporting to the Team Lead, Facility Operations, the Senior Fertilizer Facility Operator supports daily receiving, blending, loading, shipping, and product handling. The position suits an experienced operator with mechanical aptitude, practical problem-solving skills, and approximately 8–10 years of relevant experience. Work spans equipment operation, maintenance, safety, and seasonal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate blending equipment and plant control systems
- Receive, blend, load, ship, and handle fertilizer products
- Operate loaders, conveyors, augers, pumps, and related equipment
- Perform inspections, maintenance,



troubleshooting, and practical repairs
- Maintain safe, organized facility, shop, and yard areas

Requirements:

- Approximately 8–10 years of relevant operational experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical repair experience
- Experience operating agricultural or industrial equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work seasonal extended hours
