Deliver fast, extraordinary fan service at MLSE events as an In-Seat Food Service Expediter serving orders directly to seats. Smart Serve certification is required.

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will prepare food and beverage orders according to standards. You will communicate efficiently with In-Seat Runners, Expediters, Order Takers, Supervisors, and Bartenders. The position supports clean, organized work areas and safe food handling while following MLSE service, Health & Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety Act requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food and beverage orders quickly according to standards
- Communicate order details efficiently with service team members
- Maintain secure food handling practices throughout service




- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
- Complete opening, closing, administrative, and service duties

Requirements:

- Required Smart Serve certification and legal eligibility to serve alcohol
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift or carry 35 pounds up and down stairs
- Ability to calculate totals manually and manage inventory
