Position Overview Under the supervision of a Tradesman, performs a variety of job activities in relation to construction, alteration, installation, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement in and around the MHC complex.

Experience Minimum three (3) years working experience in a health care facility preferred.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Minimum Grade 12.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.

Certification/Licensure/Registration Not Applicable Qualifications and Skills Must have a basic working knowledge of various trades.

Works within the Centre's core values, philosophy, vision, C.Q.I. goals, policies and procedures.

Must be able to show organization, adaptability, individual initiative and good judgement.

Must be able to work with moderate supervision.

Must be able to work courteously and cooperatively with all MHC staff.

Must use safety equipment as required by MHC policy.
