As a Keyholder, you assist with all store operations and help represent the store in surrounding communities. You recommend products and services for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. You also support sales, merchandising, paperwork, maintenance, and store opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cashier transactions and support customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork
- Stock small items and pet supplies on sales floors
- Unload deliveries and stock pet food and supplies
- Open and close stores according to company procedures

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of point of sale systems
- Outgoing personality and robust customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and driver's license if required
