The YMCA of Three Rivers seeks multiple permanent part time team members for Stratford-Perth Region. You will create inclusive aquatic experiences, enforce lifeguarding standards, teach diverse groups, and respond to emergencies. Strong communication and current aquatic certifications support this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create enthusiastic, inclusive, and secure aquatic environments
- Enforce rules and lifeguarding standards to prevent accidents
- Deliver swim instruction using the established curriculum
- Provide feedback and submit timely progress reports
- Respond to emergencies using trained best practices

Requirements:

- Current National Lifeguard certification
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED
- Current Swim Instructor certification
- Passion for working with youth and diverse needs
- Daytime and weekend availability required
