Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Resident & Family Experience Coordinator (Social Services Worker) at Deerwood Creek Community in Etobicoke. You will be the primary contact for residents and families, coordinating care and services to enrich daily health and well being.

The role requires a College/University degree, current Ontario Social Services Worker registration, and at least three years in healthcare or social services.
