Responsibilities
Perform full-service dog grooming, including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, scissoring, and styling.
Deliver high-quality, breed-appropriate or client-requested haircuts.
Handle dogs safely, patiently, and compassionately, adapting to each dog's temperament and needs.
Monitor dogs for signs of stress or discomfort and prioritize their well-being throughout the grooming process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming requests, coat condition, maintenance, and any concerns.
Work collaboratively with the grooming team to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
Use grooming equipment and qualified products responsibly.
Manage appointments and time effectively while maintaining our high standards of care and quality.

Qualifications




Previous skilled dog grooming experience is preferred.
Confidence handling a variety of breeds, sizes, coat types, and temperaments.
Knowledge of secure grooming practices, coat care, and proper equipment use.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality results.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A patient, compassionate approach to animal care.
A willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing your grooming skills.

Pay: $17.60-$40.47 per hour
