Sureway Construction seeks a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal certification and five to ten years of Journeyperson experience. The Shop Foreman supervises H.E.T.’s, supports troubleshooting, and maintains equipment standards. Proficiency with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis, and Service Advisor is required. The position is based at 9175 - 14 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations in the heavy equipment shop
- Supervise H.E.T.’s and ensure schedules and timelines are met
- Assist H.E.T.’s with troubleshooting and diagnostics




- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
- Promote and execute the company safety program

Requirements:

- Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- Five to ten years of Journeyperson experience
- Five years of previous supervisory experience
- Required Off Road experience and diagnostic proficiency
- Full hand tools, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s license
