Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Help students individually or in small groups with assignments and reinforce learning and retention concepts under the supervision of classroom teacher Perform other duties assigned by school principal Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities Monitor students during recess and lunch hour Assist students with integration into the classroom and school setting Monitor and report student progress to classroom teacher Support for newcomers and refugees Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Does not require Canadian work experience Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
