This full time Intermediate Mechanical Designer position supports Senior Designers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders. You will draft building systems, maintain design files, prepare calculations, and assist project stakeholders. The role balances technical development with responsibility across design projects.
Key Responsibilities: Perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting and design operations
Draft HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing layouts
Set up heating and cooling load calculation files
Prepare motor lists and equipment selections




Review shop drawings and assist junior staff training
Requirements: Minimum three years of AutoCAD experience
Two years designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Read architectural, structural, and electrical drawings
Apply plumbing building and sprinkler code requirements
Revit MEP experience preferred; energy modeling knowledge an asset
Bring mechanical drafting, building systems design, and code knowledge to Introba’s Vancouver-based team supporting resilient built environments.
