Fastly, Inc. is seeking a People Systems Architect to drive Workday configuration and HR technology initiatives across the People function. You will translate requirements into tactical configurations, dashboards, and data insights to support digital transformation and scalable processes.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with People leadership, COEs, IT, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and robust controls while enabling adoption of recent functionality and data-driven decisions.
