Twin Staffing is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Director of Health, Safety and Environment. You will build scalable systems across branches, service shops, yards, field operations and transportation. The work requires occupational health and safety expertise, incident investigation, training development and regulatory knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Build and implement a national HSE management system
Develop multi-year strategy supporting branch expansion and growth
Maintain compliance across Canadian jurisdictions and transportation requirements
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions




Conduct audits, site visits and hazard assessments nationwide
Requirements: At least seven years of progressive HSE experience
Experience improving safety programs across multiple locations
Knowledge of Canadian occupational health and safety requirements
