Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end software development from requirements through release
Provide technical direction and prioritize work across feature teams
Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations
Identify technical risks early and protect delivery




Mentor engineers and improve testing, automation, and practices
Requirements: Seven or more years of software development experience
Technical leadership experience with robust C, C++, or Python skills
Experience developing Windows-based applications
Understanding of software design, testing, and CI/CD practices
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering
