Key Responsibilities: Architect scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
Design Dataverse models, security, integrations, and architecture artifacts
Build Power Apps, workflows, connectors, plugins, and APIs
Lead CI/CD implementation through Azure DevOps and GitHub




Mentor developers and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
Requirements: Seven years of enterprise software development experience
Three years in Technical Lead or comparable leadership roles
Two years implementing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions
Proficiency with .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST
Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, integrations, and Agile delivery
