Lead commercial data reliability at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, using advanced SQL and Snowflake to support US Commercial decisions. Work from the office at least three days weekly, with individual flexibility.
As Associate Director, Commercial Data Operations, you will lead delivery across specialty pharmacy, patient services, claims, CRM, and performance data. You will set priorities, govern reusable data products, and resolve material data issues. The role supports reporting, Decision Science, and Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities: Set portfolio priorities, roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependencies
Define reusable data products, ownership, lineage, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate source onboarding, validation, launches, and downstream readiness
Establish monitoring, incident response,



escalation, and corrective actions
Direct teams, vendors, stakeholders, and data quality controls
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and eight-plus relevant years
Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial data leadership experience
Advanced SQL and practical Snowflake experience
Knowledge of MDM, HCP, HCO, and product mastering
Working knowledge of Python and orchestration or transformation tools
Bring commercial data leadership, Snowflake expertise, and quality discipline to Alexion’s US Commercial data operations and products.
