This Facilities Manager reports to the Director of Facilities and works with executive and racing leadership. The position oversees multi-million-dollar assets, major projects, vendors, contracts, and operational readiness. It requires facilities management experience in a complex, multi-use environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee capital projects, timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts
Manage HVAC, electrical, janitorial, and snow removal systems
Develop preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Lead departmental budgeting and long-term planning




Ensure regulatory compliance with contractors and local authorities
Requirements: Five-plus years of hands-on facilities management experience
Experience in a complex, multi-use workplace
Knowledge of building codes, health and safety, and compliance
Ability to manage priorities and make decisions under pressure
Commercial project management or trades background is advantageous
