Lead Hamilton’s HVAC operation through sales growth, financial performance, customer relationships, and team development in a full time leadership position.
The Branch General Manager directs the overall operation while balancing commercial leadership with hands-on market knowledge. You will manage the local P&L;, guide sales, improve workflow, and strengthen relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other industry partners. The position also develops annual plans, budgets, and practical local strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Direct revenue, gross margin, expenses, and profitability
Manage the local P&L; and review financial results
Build growth strategies for revenue and customer retention
Improve workflow, productivity, inventory,



and operating efficiency
Lead, coach, hire, and develop team members
Requirements: Seven-plus years of relevant market experience
Three-plus years of progressive management or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, contractors, and distribution channels
Ability to interpret financial reports and income statements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Use HVAC market expertise, financial judgment, and people leadership to strengthen Hamilton’s established operation and customer base.
