Metaldyne Sintered Forged Products LLC seeks a Controls Technician for automated manufacturing equipment. The work covers PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motor controls, and industrial networks. You will support CNC mills, conveyors, robots, refining machines, and sintering-related equipment while addressing production needs.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain electrical, controls, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and networks
Diagnose machine faults using structured troubleshooting methods
Connect to machine PLCs to diagnose problems




Complete scheduled maintenance logs and equipment documentation
Requirements: Strong industrial electrical and controls troubleshooting background
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls
Ability to read electrical prints, ladder logic, and schematics
Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment
