Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of consulting, advisory, leadership, or transformation experience
Experience delivering operational improvement and transformation initiatives
Knowledge of ERP, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled business applications
Skilled English and willingness to travel within Canada
