As Director, AI Business Enablement, you will connect business strategy with AI capabilities across Operations and Functions. You will identify opportunities, develop business cases, and translate needs into actionable use cases. The role also supports feasibility, prioritization, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements: Deep understanding of generative AI, automation, analytics, and machine learning
Experience applying AI in regulated financial services or insurance environments
Demonstrated business case development and outcome measurement experience
Ability to influence cross-functional business and technology outcomes
Exceptional stakeholder leadership with senior risk and compliance leaders
