You will guide complex initiatives, restaurant openings, and the transition to a current technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Build and execute Canada’s technology portfolio and roadmap
Coordinate technology implementation for restaurant grand openings
Establish and improve IT service levels and support
Resolve Operators’ technical issues and inquiries
Advocate Canada-specific needs within global standards
Requirements: Ten years of required experience
Technology service delivery experience
Experience leading complex technical initiatives and programs
Experience leading technology functions and teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Lead Canada’s technology strategy through service delivery, restaurant systems, digital capabilities, and complex program execution.
