This Corporate Lawyer position suits candidates with 4–5+ years of post-bar corporate law experience. You will provide corporate and commercial advice, draft complex contracts, and negotiate commercial agreements. The work includes M&A;, private equity, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic business arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to diverse clients
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Lead or assist with M&A; and corporate transactions
Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring




Manage files and build long-term client relationships
Requirements: 4–5+ years of post-bar corporate law experience
Strong complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial judgment skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ontario licence and positive standing with the Law Society
