As SEO Manager, Multifamily, you lead search for multifamily owners and property management groups managing large portfolios. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story for clients. The work spans audits, optimization, reporting, and emerging AI search visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Own technical SEO across crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO




Report through GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps
Requirements: Bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Use Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
