This one-year Financial Consultant contract focuses on bids, RFPs, pricing, costing, and new business opportunities. You will create assumptions, scenarios, and recommendations while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Sales, and business leaders. The work supports commercially focused decisions in a project-driven organization serving municipal, commercial, and industrial customers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Lead financial analysis and costing for bids and RFPs
Build pricing models evaluating project costs and margins
Analyze labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Assess contract terms, risks,



opportunities, and margin impacts
Recommend financial actions for bids and new projects
Requirements: Three or more years in Finance, FP&A;, Pricing, or Costing
Hands-on experience with bids, RFPs, pricing, or contract analysis
Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience
Understanding of cost structures, margins, and profitability
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
Apply practical pricing, costing, Excel modelling, and financial analysis expertise to commercially significant infrastructure bids and proposals.
