compassionately and effectively; liaise between drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.Proactively confirm/remind drivers of scheduled maintenance appointments to minimize unnecessary downtime and missed appointments.Prepare cross‑border paperwork for drivers.Monitor drivers’ ETA to shippers and communicate that ETA with shippers to ensure faster unloading and turnarounds.Learn and implement both company policies and legal requirements of the transportation industry into the daily duties to ensure compliance and efficiency.Required Qualifications & SkillsAs a member of the Sutco team, we expect you bring the following to the table:2 years of post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.Availability to work day shifts, with the flexibility to cover evening and night shifts as needed.1 year’s experience in a related position preferred, but training can be provided for candidates with transferable skillsets.Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills are a must have.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.Self‑starter who is able to work independently with little supervision.Different perspectives build better teams.
