This entry-level Composite Assembly Technician position reports to the Supervisor, Manufacturing. You will fit composite and metallic components using jigs, fixtures, drills, grinders, and pneumatic tools. The work supports composite manufacturing through documented production, quality practices, and secure standard work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Join composite components through bonding, riveting, and fasteners
- Install nut plates, riv nuts, and bonded inserts
- Fit parts using drawings, MID, specifications, and measuring instruments
- Grind, sand, trim, and rework assemblies
- Complete production orders with component traceability

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years performing relevant operations
- Knowledge of hand tools and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
