The Meat, Seafood, Poultry Packer supports production operations by packaging proteins to customer requirements. You will assemble, operate, and clean specialized processing equipment while maintaining efficiency, yield, traceability, and food safety standards. This position requires accurate production work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package products within specification standards
- Operate specialized processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Support production startup operations when required
- Complete cleaning, documentation,
and line shutdown activities
- Report equipment hazards or malfunctions immediately
Requirements:
- One or more years food processing experience in cold environments
- Ability to work to tight specifications under production pressure
- Math skills for weights, yields, and production measurements
- Valuable oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting in cooler conditions
