Support seniors through daily care as a Personal Support Worker at Fountain View Community in Toronto, with compassionate resident assistance and bedside care.

This temporary part-time evening assignment lasts four months within Sienna’s Long Term Care team. You will build relationships with residents and families while supporting comfort, dignity, health, and well-being. The work includes activities of daily living, resident services, and participation in home programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
- Encourage use of glasses and hearing aids
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Maintain access to mobility and assistive devices




- Encourage participation in individual and group programs

Requirements:

- Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
- Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
- Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
